My boss is looking for documentation on the Nagiostats Wizard. So far, I've haven't been able to find anything. Do you have anything you could send or point me to that would explain it?

There is no documentation for this wizard available, though it is fairly straight forward what you are monitoring. To get a good basis on what values to use, you can check the Admin > Monitoring Engine Status page to see what your current values are for some of these metrics.
