When trying to send SMS text notification message to mobile phone, the message never arrived. But sending from email client through exchange server is fine. The sms address is like [email protected]

Found the log from /var/log/maillog :

Dec 18 17:15:55 itmon postfix/smtp[16812]: connect to mx.txt.att.net[209.183.32.15]:25: Connection timed out
Dec 18 17:15:55 itmon postfix/smtp[16812]: 67CE42604CA: to=<[email protected]>, relay=none, delay=1500, delays=1470/0.01/30/0, dsn=4.4.1, status=deferred (connect to mx.txt.att.net[209.183.32.15]:25: Connection timed out)

Did you set this up using "User" notification settings in nagios xi? Did you make sure to only give your mobile number and not the full address? Are you routing through anything on the way to AT & T that could be blocking this? And when you were able to get it to work from your mail client, was that on your workstation, or with nagios xi.
