Solved - Added a source, doesn't show up, tried to

Hello,
Another issue with my new demo...
I added a source, hit "Create Source", and nothing shows up. So I tried to add it again... "10.0.1.1 is not a unique ip"

I should add that I'm on CentOS6x64 and my demo is
Your installation of Nagios Network Analyzer (2014R1.3) is up-to-date, so no upgrade is required. The latest version of Nagios Network Analyzer is 2014R1.3, which was released on 2013-12-12.
Edit 2:
OK, so this was a new build. And the default /etc/php.ini had the mistyped "America/New_York" as "America/New York" with no "_" in it. This fixed my display issue of the source as well.
