I can't Router Monitoring .This Erro Please help me

It looks like the issues started at different times. A few questions:

Did the FastEthernet0/0 go down before Uptime? Were the ever up to begin with?
Are these checks active SNMP or passive SNMP traps?

Are these snmp or nrpe checks?
Could you show us the full command you are attempting to run?
Have you tried running the check from the cli?
