I have configured MRTG for monitoring router bandwidth utilization & ports.
Also, I am able to see MRTG graphs. is this suffice for monitoring router.
My query is how do I monitor interface GigabitEthernet0/0, rather monitoring all ports.

Usually through snmp. How are you currently using mrtg to check "all ports"?
