Hi,

We have bought the Nagios XI and monitoring switches, routers, HP Chassis, application servers, services etc. Please can you let me know what is the use of Nagios IM. What are its advantages over normal nagios XI ? Is there separate license for it ? The incidents in Nagios IM refers to the services in nagios XI ? Please can you mention some advantages of it and whom will it benefit more.
