I am struggling accessing CCM with the Nagiosadmin username and password.

Audit Log:

2014-01-13 09:01:15 14 Nagios CCM SECURITY none localhost CCM Login failed - Username: nagiosadmin

There should be a link off to the right to reset the password. You have to do that the first time you access it.

Is nagiosadmin the only user who can log into CCM? Is there any way to change this? Can there be more than one user who can log into CCM?

If you add a new user and assign them 'Admin' privileges, that new user should be able to access the CCM the same way that nagiosadmin does currently.

As of 2014R1.4, CCM login should be automatic:

OK. I was able to figure it out. This might have changed since I’m using version 2012R2.9 (CCM 1.03).

I had created a user (temp-admin) with administrator privileges using Admin->Manage Users. However, I was not able to login to CCM using this user. Here’s what I had to do:
1) Log into CCM as nagiosadmin
2) Click Config Manager Admin -> Manage Config Access

This opens a Users window where, by default, there are two users (nagiosadmin and nagiosxi). I added a new user (temp-admin) there and now I’m able to log into CCM as temp-admin. In my version, it appears there are two user databases (Nagios XI and CCM Access)?

As you were saying, it's probably automated in newer versions.

That is the proper way to do it in older CCM versions, yes.
