Error while upgrading nagiosxi

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade our Nagiosxi from 2009R1.3D to 2012R2.8c by following the below doc

Getting the following error after I run the script

chmod: cannot access `/usr/local/nagiosxi/tools/*.php': No such file or directory



PFA attached the output file of the whole process, kindly advice what I am missing out here.
