Hi,
Could you please suggest can we integrate CA or any other auto ticket logging tool with Nagios XI which will help to service desk. If yes, please suggest which tool and how to integrate.

We currently support integration with our Incident Manger program, you may be able to find some help on a specific ticketing solution by searching google for something along the lines of "integrating xxxx with nagios." You can also try to search our exchange for your specific tool's name:
