is nagios is capable of monitoring cloud servers ?

especially the linux flavour..

if its yes.. whether it will monitor all the feasible services like which nagios monitoring for physical linux devices ?

Yes, it can, what type of access do you have to these systems? And in what fashion are you planning on monitoring them? Active/Passive, etc.. can you properly route from the XI server to them?
