Bug when adding host via wizard.

Hi,
This seems to affect windows/linux hosts wizards at least.
When adding an host via the wizard on step 5, Notification, you are given the option to set "If problems persist...Send a notification every minutes XX until the problem is resolved." which by default is set to 60.
If you set this value to 0 ( which would be really nice to set as we'd only like to be notified once without modifying the cfg after the fact ) and hit next it gives you an "invalid notification time" error.
If you then set it back to 60 and complete the wizard, it claims to complete successfully but will not create the host and in fact create a host named "host name" with no services that will only show up if you go into the core config and search for it.
Thanks
Using the latest nagios release.
