Hi,

We have installed Nagios XI 2012R2.3 and we have purchased the enterprise license for 200 hosts. We have got a XI license key and Enterprise key provided to us. Please can you confirm if a license key covers up to 3 simultaneous instances. Does it mean that the same key should be used for activating the license in other 2 servers also or will we get separate license key for them ? We are planning to use 1 for test and other 2 for redundant servers (master - slave).

The license is good for 1 production server, 1 failover server, and 1 testing server. If you wish to have multiple production servers you will need to purchase additional licenses. Our Sales team would have more specifics.

Can we use 1 for master, 1 for slave and 1 for test ?

Please can you confirm if the same license key can be used for the 3 servers ? we are going to use it for 1 test server and for a HA pair (active passive).

I can confirm:

Code: Select all

One for production
One for Testing
One for *offline* backup.
