I would like to install Nagios XI on a Windows 2008 Standard server (x32) server running on VMware. Which version of Nagios XI I should download? Thanks

You cannot install Nagios XI or any Nagios product on Windows systems, you need either a clean minimal CENTOS/RHEL 5/6 installation, or you can download one of the VM's and as long as you have the proper tools to run it, you can run it locally on your Windows system.
