How delete Host

I was wondering is there a particular order to delete a host
would you suggest to do the services first and then the host
Please advise

Anything that relies on the host's existence must be removed first. So yes, delete services first. If you have things relying on those services, delete those first, and so on.

Worst case, if you apply configuration and it fails you can manually run through the verification process via CCM > Tools > Write Config Files to see where the issues lie, then make adjustments from there.
