We have some of our services set so that the First notification delay is set to 30 and the Notification interval* is set to 60. As I understand it the alert should be delayed by 30 mins and then each subsequent alert sent every 60 mins until the service goes back to a normal state.

Whats actually happening is that the 30 min delay is working corrently but I get the subsequent notifications avery 30 mins rather than the 60 mins it's set to. I checked the host and it is also setup with the First notification delay set to 30 and the Notification interval* set to 60.

Any idea how to fix this so if follows the 60 mins that is specified in the config?

Is this setting for a host or service? If it's for a service, you may need to verify the setting at the service level.
