Your question is unfortunately not very clear, are you trying to monitor system logs on a remote host and are looking for a plugin to do this with? Or are you having issues receiving notifications on a contact?

This functionality is not available in Nagios Core. If you had Nagios XI Enterprise Edition, you could get this info by accessing the "Audit Log" menu.

The download link can be found on the Nagios XI website:
http://www.nagios.com/products/nagiosxi/try
Once you have Nagios XI installed and running properly, you can enable the Enterprise features by going to Admin and clicking License Information on the left. At the bottom of this page under License Options there is a link to enable the trial of the Enterprise features.
