Hi,
Do admin users can't access the core config manager?
I can't login with an admin user.

If you are trying to create an additional account for the CCM this is done in CCM > Config Manager Admin > Manage Config Access > Create an account here.

Nagios CCM authentication isn't relied to the initial login.

Exactly! So when you create a user to access the web interface, it adds that user to the postgres database, and also to the cgi.cfg based on what level of access you gave them. When you create a user for the CCM it's actually creating a user to log into the Mysql database so they can access your configurations, etc.
