issue with ESX 5.5

I've been getting the following error message for monitoring VMWare ESX 5.5
ESX3 CRITICAL - Can't load class 'HostSriovInfo' at /usr/share/perl5/VMware/VIMRuntime.pm line 52.
this only applies to a few metrics, like networking and VM Status.
Is there any fix for this?

What version of the vmware Perl api are you running?

Also if you could specify if you are using the built-in vmware wizard or the additional one from exchange?

I use the wizard for any ESX monitoring,
the VMWare Perl api is 5.1

when I upgraded my VMWare perl to 5.5 to see if that works, now all my issues come as
ESX3 CRITICAL - SOAP request error - possibly a protocol issue: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
this includes the ones that was originally working...
