Graphing

Good morning. I created custom plugin and have some perfdata on output, everything work fine, BUT how i can buid graph using native tools ?
If it is actually outputting performance data it should be using the generic default PNP template automatically, can you provide a screenshot of the service's advanced tab? Home > Service Details > service name.
And also a copy of the plugin attached? Thanks.
