Good morning,
In Home> Nagios BPI, I created diferents groups with different dependencies.

When you run the wizard BPI returns me the following error:
Unknown BPI Group Index

As I can solve it?

Do you see any errors when you log in the BPI (Home->Nagios BPI)?
On what step of the BPI Wizard you see this error? Do you see the list of BPI groups in Step 3 of the BPI Wizard? What happens, when you select a BPI group and click on the "Next" button?

First I created different groups in Nagios BPI without errors.

Below I have used the wizard of bpi and I did not show any errors until the end, when once given APPLY, the Service is in status Unknown and the messages is Unknown BPI Group Index

What is the "Group ID" of the BPI group you are trying to monitor? Does it have any special chars, or is it alpha numeric? Any spaces?

Services: BPI Process:Login Produccion
Status: Unknown
Status Information: Unknown BPI Group Index

2.-
Host: LoginProduccion
Services: BPI Process:LoginProduccion
Status:Unknown
Status Information: Unknown BPI Group Index

What's the problem?

Is that the actual name you typed in? Or is that just what was displayed for you? I believe the full colon would cause problems if that is what you named the service.

He was in the name of the Groups ID that do not accept spaces.
