After I successfully apply a new configuration in the core config manager, all acknowledgements are lost. Then I start getting alerts for service problems that I acknowledged prior to the applying the new configuration

If you need something to mass acknowledge there was a components created not too long ago that helps with handling lots of acknowledgments. If you need quick bandaid for this:

Did you make these acknowledgements and then hit Apply Configuration, or have you applied the configuration many times before losing these particular acknowledgments?

I seem to lose the acks inconsistently. Sometimes applying a configuration once zeroes them out, other times it seems to take multiple configuration applications

We'll do some testing on this and see what we can figure out.
