NCPA Agent not starting properly

I am having an issue similar to the opening post here: http://support.nagios.com/forum/viewtop ... 16&t=24983

On both the dev servers I have NCPA installe don, they were patched and rebooted last Monday around 7:30pm. I finally got back around to testing some things and I could not get on the NCPA web page on the servers until I restarted the NCPA Listener service. It also is not sending in the passive results and I imaging I need to restart that service. However, I'd love to figure this issue out so I don't have to worry about it. Any hints?

I am running the latest version of the agent.

Purely for reproducibility, the servers were rebooted when NCPA was already running, both passive and listener services, and when the server came back up and they were presumably started automatically you could not access the web interface until they were restarted manually? I believe I have heard of this happening in the past and had thought it was also fixed but I am going to try to reproduce this. Were they were windows servers? Or something else.

Also, the NCPA versions were the latest correct? In correlation with your previous posts?
