It looks like they have integration steps on their own site:

Yes,
Can you tell me step by step approach for configuring TC with Nagios.
1. Which component to download - Nagios in linux
2. Installation steps
3. Which configurations to change in Nagios installed component
4. As TC is going to provide REST interface, how to communicate with TC to get KPIs associated with cache
5. How do i configure Infra KPIs like Disk IOPS, TPS, read/write ratio, heap usage, RAM usage, CPU utilization, Network latency etc.

Do you currently have nagios core or XI installed? I am going to move this to the general core support forums since it should not have been posted in "ideas." This should get more traction there...
We can help you out on the configuration of Nagios side of things but can only offer limited insights on terracotta, as the solution they posted recommends you write a plugin to query their interface, they may have help on their support end as well.
