Copied Services

I added a plugin for testing MQ queue depth, setup a service, added the host to that service...all worked well.

I then copied that service so that I could monitor another queue and changed the name and an argument. "Apply Configuration" was successful. Now the copied service is noting "Sync Missed" and the config is blank (see below). The original config is formatted correctly. The "Test Command" of the copied service also worked fine.

Is there something in the Copy service command I need to be aware of?

I had made 2 copies of the original service and both didn't sync. I then deleted one of the copied services and Added New and it worked fine.

Is there any known issue with the Copy Service feature?

Not really a bug, just something you might not expect. I am guessing you didn't edit the service and check the "Active" box. I seem to remember copied serviced being inactive by default.

That was it! Once I selected Active it synced fine. I had edited the copied service just didn't catch the "active" box.

thank you!!
