Monitor of LDAP UDP traffic

With Nagios can I monitor uses of LDAP UDP traffic from Cognos sever ?
If yes How ? What are the possibilites ?
If yes How ? What are the possibilites ?
Looking at our Exchange there does not seem to be an existing plugin for this. Checking on Google there are very few mentions of monitoring Cognos, and nobody posts any code.
What exactly are you looking to achieve?
