Hello,

When I assign a host to a host group by clicking on the actual host > modify > assign host group, it does not show up as a member when I click on the host group itself. Is it supposed to show? Please see screenshots below.

Please note that I have "whited out" the hosts

Did you apply configuration after you assigned it to the hostgroup? After applying it should show up.

Yes I have applied the configuration. Still no luck.

Depending on the method I use to assign a hostgroup to a host, it will show up in one place and not the other.

If I click on the host group and assign it a member, the host will only show up there. However when I click on "Hosts" and click on the specific host, no Host group shows as selected.

Alternatively, I can click on the specific host and assign a host group. However when I click on the host group, no members show up.

Right now the Core Config Manager only shows one-way relationships, so if you create a Host->Hostgroup relationship, it won't be visible if you access the hostgroup and look at it's members. We're working on an updated CCM that will show membership relationships from both directions.
