nagios'compatibility with diffrent plugins and OS?

How to match nagios between diffrent nagios core versions and OS? different nagios versions can be compatible? wether does exsit the mappings between nagios core, ndoutils-2.x/1.x and OS ?

What do you mean, are you asking for changelogs? Your nagios installs should be compatible if they are on the same distro, and that the paths your configuration files expect are still present on the new system.
