Suppressed alert notification

Hi All,
Is any way i can enable mail notification if any user suppressed host notification? Any help highly appreciated.

That depends on how they suppressed it. Did they schedule downtime? Did they disable alerts entirely for that host/service? Did they disable their own notification options?
