Check_disk_snmp - Return unknown

Hi - We are getting this error for couple of Disk checks

"UNKNOWN - could not locate mountpoint /data/srcweb on host" - Can you please help us find the solution. This was working on the past.

Let's make sure that mount point is actually present. Run this on the monitored host and post the output:
