Dear Friends

every time Nagios updates the files, all the changes made in the cfg files of the objects are peridas, and then I lose everything I've

the line notes latlng:...... are disapear

help me

Do you mean "pierdas"? Missing?

And this is in Nagios Core, correct? Not Nagios XI?

You will need to be more clear with this question, it's hard to tell what you are trying to get across. Maybe you can provide a screen shot or an example?

my nagios is nagios core 3.2.0
The nagmap are working fine
im put in all objects.cfg files the line "notes latlng: -xxxxx,-yyyy"
when any people use the nagiosql and update anything the line "notes latlng: -xxxxx,-yyyy" disapears
and all point in the map are missing

how can I do so that this line is not lost if an nagios update done through a NagiosQL or through routine updates nagios??

Any time you use QL to make a change, things you added by hand in the .cfg file will be overwritten. If you want the change to stick you need to make the change through QL.

So there is some way to add the line "notes latlng: xxx, xxx" inside the NagiosQL?? or else somehow the NagiosQL not remove the line?

problem solved

in nagiosql go to additional setings, then in cusotm variable put "notes latlng:" in variable name
and put the values in variable value

then save and do the 4 steps
