Someone can help me know if nagios core can be installed on Solaris platforms or it can only on red Hat System Operating

As found through some simple google searches there are a number of guides regarding this:

Though they are not directly supported by our team here. And we cannot easily account for strange anomalies that can be caused by running Core on a Solaris system.
