How to connect Cisco 3750 switch with 3650 switch ?

I have a small network using a 24 port Cisco 3750 switch .I need to add five computers in another room and only have one Cat 6 cable running there and no room left on the 3750. I got a 3650 to put in the new room with the new computers. The problem is, whenever I plug the new switch into the 3750, it shuts down the port and gives me an err-disable.
