Hello,

I am running old version of Nagios XI 2011 R2.1. I am having issues in monitoring Mapped drive.
Can someone guide me or provide any KB or support document on how to configure/monitor Mapped Drive?

This is a very broad question, how are you trying to monitor it? Why don't you try upgrading to at least 2012 r2.9 a number of issues you are posting about could have been resolved by now. There are honestly heaps of change logs you could look through here:
