Hello,
Can someone help me or provide me document how to do audit and verification in Nagios XI 2011 R2.1?
If someone point me to correct documentation on Nagios would be appreciated.

Once again I'd recommend updating to 2012 r2.9, there is an audit log feature that was added with the enterprise edition features. You are also posting another extremely broad question, you need to narrow these down a bit and provide some more detail.

Could you direct me to upgrade path from (Nagios XI 2011 R2.1) to (Nagios XI 2012 R2.9) to (Nagios XI 2014 R2)?
