When I try testing a service from the Nagios CCM web interface, I get the following error: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified (DBD ERROR: OCIServerAttach). However, I can copy and paste the command into a ssh session on the Nagios server and the command runs correctly. It's like the web interface does not recognize the tnsnames configuration. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

Can you provide us with the service definition and the command definition that is being used so we can see how it is set up on your end?
