In the host management screen there's a "Display Name" field that doesn't seem to do anything. I clicked on the info for it and saw this:

Note: The current CGIs do not use this option, although future versions of the web interface will.

I got the same thing in XI2014. Does this option just not currently do anything? And if so, when will it be used?
