Anyone know of a way to modify the Alert cloud visualization so that it would only show down or impacted boxes?

Unfortunately since that is a flash object developed by a third-party it will be pretty difficult to make that change. I'm looking at the code right now and, not being a flash developer, I can't really say for sure where to even look.

What's the path to look at the code?
