After upgrade to 2014 I can't schedule downtime anymore. This is error message I get.

It appears as though you do not have permission to submit the command you requested...
If you believe this is an error, check the HTTP server authentication requirements for accessing this CGI
and check the authorization options in your CGI configuration file.

I did forum search but looks so far nobody stepped on the same issue.

How were you attempting to schedule downtime? What access does your user have, host\service contact, reconfigure all hosts and services without admin, or full admin rights? I attempted as a nagiosadmin, on the service detail page and had no issues, just for reference.

Prior to update, my user account was "Admin" account. After the upgrade it's still listed as "Admin" but last check box "Has read-only access" was checked which basically gave me only ability to read stuff. Upgrade shouldn't override account permissions, you should probably look into it.

I will definitely look into it, which version did you upgrade from?
