MIB file compiling mismatch...

Dear all,
We have one issue with one of the brand called Harmonic. They have their own NMS and it will send SNMP Traps to Nagios XI.
What the problem that we face is with their MIB file. They gave us the MIB file(afa.mib) of Harmonic NMX Server.
After we upload the MIB file and run the addmib command, the SNMP OID information are
enterprises.898.8.3.4.0.15 = afaGenericRouteFault or the alarm “Generic Route Fault”
enterprises.898.8.3.4.0.22 = afaPIDMissing or the alarm “PID Missing”
(These two OID information are just example. Because currently their NMX server send these two SNMP traps only)
But the SNMP OID information we received from their NMX Server are:
enterprises.898.8.3.4.15 = afaGenericRouteFault or the alarm “Generic Route Fault”
enterprises.898.8.3.4.22 = afaPIDMissing or the alarm “PID Missing”
The different are with zero and without zero.
Can you check whether our compiling process is correct or not by compiling those MIB files that I attached in your test server?
You can download the necessary mib files from below link.
