Scheduled reports are not running at their scheduled time

I have configured a few scheduled reports. If I click on the "Send now" button I receive the report via email but I never receive an email at the scheduled time.

What can I do to resolve this?

Is cron running? Is cron disabled on your server for the apache user?

The scheduled reports setup and run as apache user cron jobs.

Thanks. Cron was disabled for Apache. Problem fixed.
