Operations Center does not match 'Open Service Problems'

Nagios XI 2014R1.0

This may be due to a change in Core, but I noticed that if I put a host in Scheduled Downtime using the Advanced tab on the Host Status Detail page, the host's down services do not show on the 'Open Service Problems' screen. I don't do this very often, but I seem to remember having to do a host downtime and a 'schedule downtime for all services on this host' in the older versions of XI. In this case, when I put the host in Scheduled Downtime, all the services cleared in the 'Open Service Problems' screen, but were still visible in the 'Operations Center' screen.
I would expect that both screens should show the same services normally. I don't know how easy it would be to have the 'Operations Center' filters match the current 'Open Service Problems' screen filters, but it would save us time if simply putting a host into Scheduled Downtime would automatically filter the host's services on the 'Operations Center' screen.

It seems that you are correct - I just tested this. After scheduling a downtime for a couple of hosts, they disappeared from the Tactical Overview and the Operations Center, but are still shown in the Operations Screen. I will be discussing this with out developers.
