Hi,

i have a Problem with the NagiosXI Service Templates when I apply more than one to a service.

In the Documentation is written -> "If you add more than one template - the templates from the bottom to the top will be used to overwrite configuration items which are defined inside templates before."

But my new added Templates don’t take any effect on the service.

My Nagios Version is 2.9 and its a virtual VM.

Am I doing something wrong or is this behavior normal?

A few notes here:
You have applied configuration afterwards, correct?
If any settings that are configured on the template are also configured on the host/service, the object(host/service/etc) configuration will take precedence over the template.
