Notification Interval Issues

I've setup a Service Template that I've assigned to all my services. In that template for Notification Interval I have it set to 720 minutes. Now the problem is I'm getting an email around every 45 minutes. I've made sure no other templates are assigned to my services and also that there are no settings in my actual services.

So why am I still getting notified every 45 minutes?

Can you show us the actual config of a service (any service) and the "Custom - Linux VM - Sys Admins" template?

In the screenshot "Service Alert Settings" you have a notification interval of 60 min defined. This field needs to be blank for the template setting to apply.

Darn it. I was under the impression because Skip was selected that it would not override the template.

Did that fix it for you? Just want to confirm before we lock it up.

I just changed it so wont know till the next alert comes in. I will fail a system tomorrow and see what happens.

I can see how the word skip could give the impression that ALL of these options are skipped, however it just applies to the notification enabled option.
