After upgrade to 2014 1.2 I am unable to apply the configuration files without error;

Can you provide information on resolving this issue?

Looks like nagios found a ghost configuration, is this service present in the CCM? If so, you will need to assign a host to it, deactivate it, or remove it. If it is not there, delete the service configuration file manually from the command line and apply configuration.
