You Session has times out

Hi,

I find a lot of times when I login my home screen will say Your session has timed out.

I've created a basic user and set auto login for this user so our entire company can view up/down status of our systems. But the home dashboard I have created for them always shows "Your session has timed out".

How do I go about fixing this error?

What version of Nagios XI are you using? This issue has been fixed in recent versions and should not be showing up anymore.

This is also something handled by a combination of your browser's session management, and apache's. How long after inactivity are you seeing the timeout issue? What browser are you using?

I'm seeing it right after logging in.

I'm seeing it in Chrome, Firefox, & IE.

Go to the CCM->Config Manager Settings, and check what the "Session Auto Logout Time" value is set at.

Do you have any errors in the apache error log?

Code: Select all

tail -100 /var/log/httpd/error_log
