There're hundreds of hosts being monitored, but only one host that sometimes will not response, what could be the possible reason?

The alarm error (if I recall correctly) is due to a certain portion of the code running for too long. As a failsafe against code running forever, it can bail out after a certain amount of time. That looks like what is causing one of these errors. The other looks like a networking timeout in general (No response from remote server). Since it is working some of the time but not others I would try and see if there is a faulty networking connection between your Nagios server and 172.17.1.82.
