Sync missed

I have a test server and a UAT , when I add host on my test with the new plugins it works but when I do the same thing on UAT it gives the error sync missed.
Even if I dont use the plugin just a ping , it gives the same error.

Please help with the same

By UAT do you mean User Acceptance Testing? Is this just another XI machine? Not really clear on that, screenshots of the error might help. Are you trying to ping the UAT? The sync missed usually shows up in the CCM, so I assume this is a XI machine? If so, what version? Also, even a ping uses a plugin so if you are trying to shoe-horn a regular ping command from the CLI into Nagios that will not work well.
