Dear Team,

Please let us know with reference link for the following. One of our client requirement is given below.

1. Check disk bad sector before disk/system crashed, is it possible through event log viewer.How?
2. If we have backup on disk1, and we want to restore this disk1 data to new disk2, can we check disk one perfectlry paste data on disk2.
3. Cisco call manager and Cisco Phones
4. We need to monitor USB port properly "Blocked or not" in Linux/Windows system.(USB port blocked or not in system)

As has been mentioned in the past, you should take a look at the exchange for anything not covered by default with XI wizards/plugins:

You should be able to search by Cisco device there to see if any plugins come up, if not, you should be able to check via SNMP if the devices allow that, I'd check into their SNMP availability.

It depends, is your event log showing that the disk had a bad sector? I'm not sure if windows event logs will show that very verbosely, check with your windows admins to see what you have going through there as that is a windows specific question.

What are you using to filter your USB ports? If it is something hardware side chances are you could monitor it via WMI, or perf counters of some sort, not totally sure though. If it is a software filter you will likely need to check into how you can monitor that software itself.

How are you handling disk replication? Based on that, we might be able to help you find something.
