Issue: incorrect external commands order injected by NRDP

We've a cluster solution in our enviroment made by 2 cluster nodes syncronized by merlin and we've problem with some services not correctly updated because of the issue in the object:
for example: we received a warning after an OK, despite we send an ok after the warning event.
