How do you export specific configs of services from test environment to production ?

If you are trying to move an entire server, or copy it, from one to the other essentially, you can follow this:

Or you can export/import the config files following:

http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... ios-XI.pdf

Any of these options doe snot allow me to selectively move my configurations from a test environment to a production environment with out meddling with the files manually.
Will this import tool replace my existing configs?

No matter how you do it, you would need to pick the configs individually. Whether that is via the command line or a web interface, you need to tell Nagios what configs you want moved and which you don't. The import tool will add a new entry if it does not exist, but it will also overwrite those that do, so be careful when moving to make sure that what gets imported is what you want. It will not remove existing configs assuming they were not overwritten.
